Leeds United earlier today confirmed the loan signing of Sol Bamba from Palermo.
The 30-year old French-born Ivory Coast centre-back has joined the Championship club for the remainder of the season with the view to a permanent deal.
Bamba arrived at Palermo from Turkish side Trabzonspor in the summer but has sought regular game time at Elland Road after just one appearance for the Sicilian outfit.
The former Hibernian and Leicester City man will strengthen Neil Redfearn's defence as the Whites look to push themselves away from the tier two drop zone.
