Leeds United boss Garry Monk is planning on making January additions to bolster his side's promotion hopes.
Following a run of five wins in their last six Championship games, Leeds have climbed up to the fourth spot in the tier two table and the former Swansea City manager is eager to consolidate on that by bringing in new players in the winter.
"In terms of incomings, ideally we need to help the squad," Monk said.
"We have quite a thin squad as it is. It [any signings] would only be to help the squad that we have.
"We have been together six months now and it is working in a good way. The only way we would bring someone in is if it will help us.
"If we can do the right business, for the right player, right situation, then like every transfer window, you will look to boost the squad you already have."
