Sky Sports suggests that Leeds United will tomorrow unveil Jason Pearce as their first signing in Neil Warnock's tenure.
The 24-year old defender is set to join the Whites from Portsmouth and Warnock is excited about making the announcement.
"I'm into talks with quite a number at the minute and it's been a busy 48 hours.
"He's the type of player I look for when I go into a club. At Championship level there's a certain type of lad I'm looking at and he fits everything that I'm looking for, hunger, ability, there's a lot of plusses I look for.""I'm hoping to make my first signing [on Friday]. I'm looking forward to notching one hopefully and then moving on to my next," said Warnock.
