Leeds United hero Luciano Becchio wants to join good friend Carlos Tevez in the Premier League.
Since linking up at Boca Juniors' youth team in 2000, strikers Becchio and Tevez have gone in different directions.
While Tevez became an icon with Boca before making high-profile moves to Corinthians, West Ham, Manchester United and Manchester City, Becchio scraped a living with Merida in the Spanish second division until he joined Leeds on a free transfer 28 months ago.
Becchio revealed: "Tevez was my friend when we were young together with Boca. He is a great player and is doing well for Manchester City.
"Now I want to play for Leeds in the Premier League against Carlos.
"And I am ready to sign a new contract because I see Leeds going into the Premier League, and I want to be part of that."
