Leeds United have secured the services of Danny Pugh from Stoke City on a permanent basis.

The 29-year old midfielder has signed a two-and-a-half-year deal with the Whites after spending the past five months at Elland Road.

Pugh has made 16 appearances for Leeds since he initially joined on loan in September and will now be plying his trade permanently for Simon Grayson who confirmed the move in Leeds' match day programme for today's dramatic 2-1 home win over Burnley.
