New Leeds United boss Marcelo Bielsa has been handed £20m to spend this summer.
The Mirror says Bielsa has finally been confirmed as Leeds' new head coach and has become the club's best-paid boss on over £2million-a-year.
Owner and chairman Andrea Radrizzani is determined to bankroll a promotion bid next season and has promised Bielsa Leeds' biggest transfer kitty since their Premier League days.
The former Argentina, Chile and Marseille boss will be given the £10million investment from the San Francisco 49ers plus cash Radrizzani has held in reserve for a promotion tilt.
Leeds have already discussed transfer targets with Bielsa and want Derby's Matej Vydra, free agent Abel Hernandez and Manchester City's Angus Gunn.
