Leeds United want £8 million for teenage midfielder Fabian Delph.
The Mirror says Fulham are willing to pay around £5 million for the 19-year-old England under-21 midfielder.
But Leeds insiders claim Arsenal are mulling over an £8million offer although there is no bid on the table.
