Leeds determined to keep in-demand McCormack and White

Leeds United boss Neil Warnock is hoping he can retain the services of Ross McCormack and Aidan White.

25-year old Scottish striker McCormack is the subject of plenty of interest from clubs in England whilst 20-year old winger White is also attracting attention but Warnock is determined to keep the both, unless he can sign a replacement for the former.

"Ross has got many people who like him," Warnock told the club's official website.

"There's four at the moment and there's another one who has phoned me this week. There's probably five clubs vying for his signature.

"If we lose players like that we have to have replacements and have them on board. I don't think we want to be waiting and letting them go, we want to get some players in. We need to look at things day by day because it's changing.

"It's like Aidy White, there's a couple of people spoken to him. I'd like Aidy to stay but we have to negotiate with his advisors and come up with an agreement that he's happy with as well. I don't think he's looking to leave."
