Leeds United and Crystal Palace will try to trump Championship rival Hull City's offer for Arsenal youngster Jay Simpson.
The Tigers are reportedly close to finalising a £1.3million deal for the 21-year old in the next day or two but both Leeds and Palace are believed to have agreed a fee.
It provides an interesting situation with all three clubs jockeying for position for the promising striker and is yet to be seen just where the Millwall, West Brom and QPR loanee will end up.
