Juventus midfielder Luca Marrone is interesting Leeds United.

Leeds chief Nicola Salerno has been back in Italy this month to prepare for a big January market at Elland Road.

Sassuolo striker Leonardo Pavoletti was in Leeds over the weekend and an agreement over a loan deal is in place. However, he's asked for a few days to decide.

Meanwhile, Salerno is now working on a deal for Marrone.

Marrone is this season playing on-loan with Sassuolo, alongside Pavoletti, and has long been tempted by a move to England.

Salerno hopes to negotiate with Juve a deal which will see Leeds takeover Marrone's loan for the remainder of this season.
