Leeds challenge Swansea for Fulham keeper Stockdale

Leeds United are joining Swansea City in their interest for Fulham goalkeeper David Stockdale.

The People says Leeds boss Simon Grayson wants to give England squad keeper Stockdale a home run.

Grayson has turned to the Leeds-born Stockdale, 25, who may be allowed out on loan for 12 months to gain experience in the Championship by Fulham boss Martin Jol.

Former Everton keeper Iain Turner, now a free agent, also interests Leeds.

Swansea also wanted Stockdale but are looking to buy.
