Leeds United boss Simon Grayson has been warned his job is on the line.
Before yesterday's defeat to Derby County, Leeds chairman Ken Bates fired a warning to his manager.
The outspoken Leeds chairman warned Grayson that he will "stand or fall" on this season's results, adding: "Obviously, if he does not deliver, he knows his job is on the line - and that applies to all managers.
"This season is the ultimate challenge for Simon and the players - if they want Premiership football then get us there. If they want substantial pay rises, get us in the Premier League where we could afford it."
