Leeds United chairman Ken Bates has slammed FIFA president Sepp Blatter.
Bates would urge international teams to resign from the body, pulling away from the powerbase and setting up an independent organisation of their own.
He told the Daily Mail: "Blatter is past his sell by date. The only way to beat FIFA is if the European nations resigned from it. That would be the end of FIFA. I can't see Samoa versus Fiji being an exciting, worldwide TV game. I wouldn't have a World Cup, not in its current form. I didn't watch it growing up."
