Leeds call for docking points over Premiership poaching

Leeds United want clubs to be docked points if they're found guilty of poaching.

Leeds will receive only £600,000 up front from Everton over their capture of Luke Garbutt, with the rest performance-related, and chief executive Shaun Harvey said: "Compensation awards, we feel, are no longer a sufficient deterrent - and perhaps now is the time to start considering points deductions.

"We need to arrive at a system whereby in any transfer there is a willing buyer, willing seller and willing player."
