Leeds United boss Gary McAllister is angry with Blackburn Rovers' move for his assistant manager Gary McDonald.
Sam Allardyce has made Leeds coach and former Carlisle chief McDonald his No2.
But Elland Road boss McAllister was angry to learn about the move from a third party before Leeds were officially told.
McAllister said: "I am not happy with the way it was done. I was aware of it a day earlier because the football world is a small one and I have a lot of friends in it."
