Leeds United have agreed a deal to make Southend loanee Ryan Hall their first permanent signing since being taken over by GFH Capital on Friday. The 24 year old joined the Championship outfit on loan in October and will join the club on a two-and-a-half-year deal when the transfer window opens on Tuesday.
The two sides have agreed an undisclosed fee for the winger.
Whites boss Neil Warnock told the club website: "I believe he is a player with the potential for a big future."
