Stoke City expect to learn Joe Ledley's decision over their offer in the next 24 hours.
The Sentinel says Ledley is set to decide in the next 24 hours whether to join Stoke City.
Stoke and Glasgow Celtic have emerged as favourites to sign the 23-year-old Cardiff City midfielder, although he has also been linked with Wigan and West Brom.
Sources suggest the Glasgow club have offered the player a greater basic salary than Stoke, but the lure of the Premier League and the fact Tony Pulis is a long-standing admirer of Ledley could swing the deal in City's favour.
They have reportedly offered Ledley a £4m deal, worth £20,000-a-week over four years.
Ledley is out of contract at Cardiff having turned down a new deal with his home town club, but the Bluebirds will hope Ledley's affection for them sways him towards Stoke.
