The agent of Lazio midfielder Cristian Ledesma admits he's certain to quit the Rome club next summer.

Vincenzo D'Ippotilo said: "Ledesma is a player appreciated by Napoli, but the Azzurri, in my view, have no need for my client and he will certainly remain at Lazio.

"I'm 99.9 per cent certain, however, that next season he will leave the club taking advantage of Article 17."
