Mathew Leckie and Nikita Rukavytsya were both on the scoresheet as FSV Frankfurt beat Ingolstadt 4-1 in the 2.Bundesliga on the weekend.
The Australian pair were key contributors as FSV scored two goals either side of the break to move up to eighth on the second tier German table.
22-year old Leckie opened the scoring in the 21st minute before adding a second eight minutes into the second half after Michael Gorlitz had doubled FSV's advantage late in the first term.
Almog Cohen pulled one back for Ingolstadt in the 75th minute but FSV substitute Rukavytsya, on loan from Mainz, added a fourth with four minutes remaining.
Leckie has now scored four league goals this season, to add to his two in the DFB Pokal (German Cup), whilst Rukavytsya tallied for the first time since his temporary August shift from Mainz.
