Lecce midfielder Fabio Caserta admits he was unhappy with his treatment by former club Palermo.

He said: "I would not ever have left Palermo, but the club has made other choices.

"I'm happy to have chosen Lecce, but I wanted to stay at least initially, in Palermo."
