Lecce are in Napoli talks for defender Fabiano Santacroce.

Santacroce is desperate for regular football after losing his place in the Napoli side.

"I can confirm that negotiations for Santacroce's proposed move to Lecce are going well," said the stopper's agent Claudio Pasqualin.

Napoli will not stand in the defender's way should he find a new club.
