Lecce have announced the signing of Internacional de Porto Alegre midfielder Edinho.

"Lecce would like to communicate the transfer of Edinho Campos Ferreira on a permanent basis," a statement on the Giallorossi's website reads.

"The player has arrived from Internacional of Porto Alegre and will be unveiled to the Press at 10.30am on Thursday."

The fee for the 26-year-old, who has 140 Internacional appearances to his name, is as yet undisclosed.
