Miami Heat NBA star LeBron James says Liverpool face a season of transition.

James is a Reds shareholder and isn't expecting silverware next term.

Pressed on what Liverpool can achieve when the Premier League resumes next month, he said: "It's difficult for the club right now.

"Liverpool are a team in a period of transition at the moment, so I don't know what they can achieve."
