Southampton legend Matt Le Tissier says new manager Ronald Koeman has it all to do in keeping the squad together.
Luke Shaw, Adam Lallana and Dejan Lovren are all angling to move on from St Mary's this summer.
"Ronald Koeman's most important job is to try and convince the three lads, who want to get away, that, perhaps, they do still have a future at Southampton," Le Tissier told talkSPORT.
"He needs to show them that the club is going in the right direction and they can achieve their ambitions at Southampton.
"It's going to be tough though. They've had their heads turned. They want Champions League football and want to play for clubs that have got a better chance of getting into the top four, you can understand that."
