Southampton legend Matt Le Tissier was extremely proud of his former club on Sunday.
The Saints fought back from two goals down to level at 2-2 in the EFL Cup final before a late header from Zlatan Ibrahimovic won it for Manchester United at Wembley.
Despite the defeat, Le Tisser was thrilled with the display of Claude Puel's men who shows courage to come back when they could simply have imploded.

It was an unlucky day for the Saints as Manolo Gabbiadini, who scored a brace, had a goal wrongfully disallowed for offside in the first half.
