Lazio striker Djibril Cisse has blasted his critics via Twitter.

Former Liverpool and Sunderland ace Cisse again failed to find the net on Thursday night after his Italian club were held to a 0-0 draw against Vaslui in Romania.

"All of you f****** like to talk," he wrote following the Europa League tie. "You will regret your words soon. Bye, you bunch of idiots.

"You will see who I really am. I will make all of you haters regret your words. For my real fans, I thank you for the support.

"For the real supporters - I will be back scoring soon, I promise you. Good night."
