Lazio midfielder Hernanes is warming to a move to England this summer. Lazio president Claudio Lotito has intimated he's willing to listen to offers for the Brazilian, who has already rejected an approach from Anzhi.

Hernanes wants to play in a more competitive championship and is favouring the Premier League.

Tottenham and Liverpool have made tentative enquiries and Rome sources say now Arsenal have made contact about a price for Hernanes. Lazio signed the midfielder from Sao Paulo for €11 million and Lotito hopes to do business for around €20 million.
