Lazio have rubbished reports that Pajtim Kasami is on his way to Palermo.

Kasami has been linked with the Rosanero after failing to settle in Rome, but Lazio insist the former Liverpool youth teamer is a required player.

"SS Lazio states that the news of an alleged transfer of our player Pajtim Kasami to Palermo, is considered to be entirely without foundation," Lazio said in a statement.
