Lazio president Claudio Lotito is ready to go Argentinean for next season.
With an agreement in-place for Estudiantes wing-back Marcos Angeleri, Rome sources say Lotito won't stop there as he seeks to overhaul his current squad.
Angeleri's teammate, Juan Sebastian Veron, could return to Lazio in the summer, while Inter Milan striker Hernan Crespo is also a target.
The key to Lotito's plans is installing Diego Simeone as new coach.
Simeone is a free agent after leaving River Plate and remains available after Atletico Madrid chose to go with Abel Resino as a replacement for Javier Aguirre this week.
