Lazio president Claudio Lotito has refused to criticise Rolando Bianchi after his dismissal on debut in Sunday's 0-0 draw with Torino.

Signed on-loan from Manchester City, Bianchi lasted just six minutes before seeing red, but Lotito says: "Having six minutes to make a judgment on Bianchi is not enough. He has significant potential and will be able to prove his worth to us when he plays."
