Lazio president Claudio Lotito refuses to give up his battle with Goran Pandev.

The Lega Calcio tribunal ruled that the striker could terminate his contract and was owed €160,000 in damages after he was frozen out of the squad for six months.

But Lotito warned: "The sentence was already written, which is why we made an appeal.

"I am calm in any case, all I can say is that this doesn't end here. I will not give up, this is in no way over then we'll see who wins.

"I will not talk further now."
