Lazio president Claudio Lotito is ready to perform 'lockdown' on his underperforming players after a string of dismal results.
"Up until now I have been the understanding father figure, but if I don't see a radical change of direction in these last eight games I will become a ruthless judge," he snapped on Radio Radio TV.
"I will put this team in a permanent ritiro training camp. I want eight Finals with sweat and blood from these players."
The Biancocelesti are still in the running for a UEFA Cup spot and leading Juventus in the Coppa Italia semi-finals, but Lotito won't stand for the recent poor performances.
"Aside from the lack of respect they have shown towards the club, I really cannot stand the lack of respect for the fans," continued Lotito.
"Lazio have a history of problems and the pride of belonging to this side has always helped us through, it must be safeguarded.
"The Lazio identity is an added factor that must be defended."
