Lazio president Claudio Lotito admits he's keen to cut his squad numbers.
"Our first objective is that of thinning out the squad, a problem common to many other teams. However, the market is asphyxiated. There aren't the resources," Lotito told Sky Sport 24.
"We have found an agreement with the respective agents [of Pandev, Ledesma and De Silvestri]. They have to find a club that is in a position to satisfy their needs and ours too.
"There are no precise deadlines, but we have a lot of jobs ahead of us, like the Italian Super Cup on August 8.
"I believe that at a certain point we will arrive at the moment where the players will have to make a choice. We are not talking about anyone in particular, but I believe that if a player underwrites a contract he shouldn't just do it for his financial interests, but also because he shares the club's way of thinking and being."
