Lazio president Claudio Lotito insists there's little more he can do to sign permanently striker Mauro Zarate.

Zarate's parent club, Qatar's Al Sadd, refuses to agree terms over a fee for the Argentine and Lotito says: "We have done everything possible to buy him from an economic and technical point of view.

"Now we will see if these efforts will be crowned."
