Lazio president Claudio Lotito expects a "resurrection" from his team for this weekend's derby against Roma.

"We need to react and end our crisis," revealed Lotito. "Easter is a good time for resurrection and we expect that starting from Sunday.

"I am trying my best to make the players understand this, and I hope our players will find serenity and willingness to battle on the pitch."

Lotito also believes that the problems Lazio have encountered are only psychological.

"This team has got potential. We could face pretty much every team in the League playing on the same level.

"We outclassed Juve with determination, for instance, and I want to see that spirit again. It's only a matter of will, if we want then we can."
