Lazio have signed 19-year-old Czech Republic talent Libor Kozak from SFC Opava.
Lazio president Claudio Lotito said: "He is an Aleksander Kolarov style buy, in that he has all the characteristics needed to mature and grow into a champion.
"We'll just have to wait and see when and how that develops."
