Lazio president Claudio Lotito insists striker Mauro Zarate will stay with the club.

"Zarate has a contract for five years and I want to keep faith with the commitment he and Al Sadd has," said Lotito. "We will do everything to keep him because he is our pride, a landmark.

"With him I have a good relationship, I have twice had dinner with Sergio (brother and agent) and we've found an agreement."
