Lazio face Everton, Villa competition for Panathinaikos striker Cisse

Lazio face stiff competition from Premier League clubs for Panathinaikos striker Djibril Cisse.

Cisse has been offered a four-year contract by Lazio worth €2.1m per season included bonuses, although it’s reported the player is holding out for €3m.

Corriere dello Sport says Cisse could reject Lazio if he gets a better wage deal elsewhere.

There is interest from the Premier League with Everton and Aston Villa, while Galatasaray and Lille are also in the running.
