Lazio defender Stefan de Vrij has shrugged off Manchester United rumours.

De Vrij was watched by United chief scout Jim Lawlor last week.

But he told De Telegraaf: "I do not know anything about Manchester United's interest in me, but I'm used to the media linking me with other teams.

"Meanwhile, I'm very happy at Lazio, everything's going well and I'm just focusing on this."
