Lazio coach Delio Rossi is confident of holding onto striker Goran Pandev.
"In general, it's down to the players to think about their future and communicate that to the club.
"If a player doesn't think that Lazio are an important club then they should go elsewhere."
Pandev's representative Pallavicino is also definite that his client will at least see out the season in the Eternal City.
"I wouldn't even want to pass comment on the ridiculous statements that have been attributed to Goran over the past few days," he told Teleradiostereo.
"He absolutely isn't ending his adventure at Lazio and these offers don't exist.
"It's inevitable that Europe's big clubs have eyes for him given his huge talent, but the talk of a move from Bayern Munich and other clubs is totally unfounded."
