Lazio coach Edy Reja is demanding better from Mauro Zarate.
Zarate has already been criticised this season by Davide Ballardini, Reja's predecessor.
Speaking to Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli, Reja said: "Mauro is a great player, but he is a little like Lavezzi: he rarely passes the ball. He has to put himself at the service of the team."
Reflecting on his three years with Napoli, the veteran tactician said: "It was an unforgettable chapter of my life. I have seen them play great against Inter at the weekend.
"Mazzarri has been extraordinary. He has given confidence to the lads and I would like to complement him on this.
"If Napoli continue playing like they are today then they will certainly qualify for the Champions League."
