Lazio coach Edy Reja says points are the most important thing at this stage of the season.

The Biancocelesti defeated Cagliari at the weekend only thanks to a late header from Modibo Diakite to end a run of two consecutive defeats.

"We were not in a happy moment and we had to win against Cagliari," reflected Reja on Lazio Style Radio.

"It wasn't a pretty game, but the performance did not matter. Fortunately, Diakite has removed us from trouble."
