Lazio coach Edy Reja had no problem with president Claudio Lotito addressing his players on Sunday.
Lotito spoke to Reja's squad after their thrashing by little Siena.
"If the team does continue in this way, we will need to reflect on the situation and find a solution.
"We have said that we will turn a page and start again tomorrow in the Coppa Italia match with Hellas Verona.
"Tomorrow I will put together the strongest team available to try to go through, this is our will. I think there will be five or six changes, with respect to Saturday.""The President's intervention was right and he had every reason to do so," admitted Reja. "The confrontation with the guys in the dressing room ended with the belief that there must be a reaction. We all agree that a general performance is not acceptable.
