Lazio coach Simone Inzaghi will quit if Sergej Milinkovic-Savic is sold in the coming days.

That's the claim of Italian transfer expert Gianluca di Marzio, as Real Madrid continue to be linked with the Serbia midfielder.

Di Marzio told RMC: "I do not think he will leave.

"Lazio would have no way of taking a substitute. I already read about disagreements, a possible sale of the Serb would lead to (Simone) Inzaghi's resignation."

Inzaghi is under pressure after losing the opening game of the season at home to Napoli.
