Lazio coach Simone Inzaghi is pleased to keep their Champions League hopes alive.

After drawing 0-0 with Roma, Lazio remain in joint third place, still ahead of Inter, in the fight for a Champions League spot.

Inzaghi said: “Perhaps Lazio aren't expected to be up there, but after 32 rounds we clearly earned our chance and we'll play our cards as best we can.

“Before the season began, most people didn't even think we'd be in the top seven. I understand we lost some important players, but we brought in very good ones too.

“We're up there now, we won't hide our ambition and will give our all to the end."
