Lazio coach Simone Inzaghi has called for courage from his players going into Sunday's Super Cup against Juventus.

Inzaghi admits he could hand a debut to former Liverpool midfielder Lucas Leiva.

“We reach this Final in good shape," he said. “We need courage and to fight as a team for every ball. We're proud to be here and want to take our chance. We're the underdogs, but you never know in football.

“We prepared many things and are ready to face this game tomorrow. We had an excellent pre-season and worked since July 4 to be ready for the Super Cup. We've been unlucky against Juventus, who are already the best team in Italy, and will need a perfect performance.

“Could Lucas Leiva start? He has settled in very well and is a real leader."
