Lazio are closing on a deal for Valencia winger Nani.

The Portugal international is seen as a replacement for Keita Balde Diao, now of Monaco.

Sportitalia says negotiations have reached an advanced stage and Nani will fly in to Rome on Thursday for a medical.

The offer could well be up to €15m, but perhaps a loan with option or obligation to buy.

He only joined Valencia a year ago from Fenerbahce.
