Lazio chiefs expect to hold talks with representatives of Estudiantes wing-back Marcos Angeleri later this week.

After earlier indications suggested the deal had collapsed due to personal demands, Lazio are now quietly confident they can clinch an agreement with the player's agents.

Angeleri is determined to make the move to Europe at the end of this season.
