Lazio chief Igli Tare says Serie A clubs should be allowed to enter 'B' teams in the Lega Calcio.
Tare admires the system employed in Spain.
"The best thing is to create a second team," he told Corriere dello Sport. "Every Sunday we see many talented players sitting on the bench.
"If they had the chance to play in stadiums with proper fans, then they would grow as players.
"Unfortunately though, not everyone thinks so.
"But I think a second team is fundamental."
