Lazio sports chief Igli Tare has no doubts about the quality of Luis Alberto.

The former Barcelona B whiz has been outstanding for Lazio over the past two seasons.

Tare stated: "Luis Alberto? For him it is a matter of mind: he needs to feel untouchable, but in an ambitious club like Lazio you cannot make several mistakes in a row and still be the owner of everything. He must recover his place, like a man, and come back to make a difference.

"He is a player for Real Madrid, his quality has already shown: now he has to make the leap in quality. He needs to improve his physical condition and work on self-esteem."
